This project involved design of the interior of a new full-service banking facility. MidAmerica began working with a local builder and general contractor to provide a new building with minimal build-out of the interior.
Shive-Hattery staff worked with MidAmerican to establish the program requirements for the interior design of the bank. This included the movable/loose equipment such as office and reception furniture, banking equipment and finish selections. Services included preparation of design and construction documents, participation in the bidding process and construction administration and observation.
