Shive-Hattery worked with the University of Iowa for the removal and reconstruction of the stairs at North Hall and Stanley Hall. The project included removal of railroad tie retaining walls and brick terraces and renovation of the landscape plantings in the areas. In addition, the existing bollard type lights were replaced to meet campus standards.
