Ireland Grove Center Real Estate Holdings, LLC, constructed a 6,900 square foot ambulatory surgery center which will perform a full scope of comprehensive orthopedic, ENT and pain management procedures. There are two operating rooms which will each accommodate six to eight cases per day and nine prep/recovery rooms.
Shive-Hattery provided architectural and interior design, complete engineering services and construction phase services for the new $2.1 million facility. Civil engineering services included utility services for water and sewer, design of parking and patient drop-off areas, extensive site regrading was required to redirect storm water to the detention basin.
