The client was concerned about a number of issues in its building including humidity, moisture infiltration and condensation related to deficiencies in the mechanical system and/or building envelope. Shive-Hattery provided architectural, mechanical, building envelope, and environmental services including large building air leak testing, thermal imaging, environmental testing, neutral buoyancy smoke testing, mechanical systems evaluations, and visual surveys associated with evaluating air and moisture intrusion into the building. A report of findings was prepared and possible solutions were identified.
