This project involved preparation of a proposed site plan for approximately 14 acres for a commercial property located in the TIF area bordered by Rusche Street and Rusche Lane. The services included rough grade and final grade stakes, utility stakes for storm and sanitary sewers, water main stakes and offsets to water valves, and fire hydrants.
Construction observation services involved three site visits per week by construction technicians and engineering staff.
