READY FOR THE HOLIDAYS The window for development of this property was very short and the developer had a tight fixed budget. Arcline Associates used insulated prestressed precast wall panels for rear and side elevations with limited articulation due to budgetary concerns. Face brick and limestone in combination with E.I.F.S. at sign facade breaks up the 95,000 sq. ft. box and gives a individual identity for Office Max, Pier One Imports, Sears, Old Navy and Borders Books. The shell costs were under budget. The design accelerated construction to meet turnover to tenant for holiday season in the fall.
